How Much Does It Cost?

Online Graduate Program Costs 2024-2025

*Student Support and Services Fee is added to total cost each semester based on the total number of credit hours enrolled:
7 or more Credit Hours $742.35 (fall/spring) -and- $371.18 (summer).
4 to 6.75 Credit Hours $494.90 (fall/spring) -and- $247.45 (summer).
Up to 3.75 Credit Hours $247.45 (fall/spring) -and- $123.73 (summer).

Students enrolled in a fully online graduate program pay in-state tuition regardless of where they live, making it an affordable option. The overall tuition and fees will vary be semester depending on part-time or full-time enrollment and how many credit hours needed to complete the program.

Total cost per graduate credit hour is $488.20*.

Bernice K. Link Endowed Scholarship/Fellowships in Gerontology
  1. Scholarships or fellowships will be awarded annually to students enrolled full or part time at 黑洞社区 in the College of Health Professions, department of Aging Studies (gerontology).
  2. Preference should be given to graduate students. However, undergraduate students shall qualify for this scholarship/fellowship.
  3. Consideration will be given to high school and college academic performance, and to leadership qualities.
  4. Preference will be given to students who indicate an interest in living in the Wichita/Sedgwick County community over the long term.
  5. All things being equal, preference should be given to students with the most financial need, but awards will not be limited to students with financial need.
  6. The Scholarship Office, a department within the Division of Campus Life and University Relations of 黑洞社区, will administer the scholarships/fellowships and make the awards based on recommendations submitted by the department of Aging Studies (gerontology).
  7. Scholarships/fellowships will be renewed automatically providing the students maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  8. Should the department of gerontology cease to exist at 黑洞社区, this scholarship/fellowship would be revised to the W. Frank Barton School of Business for students enrolled in entrepreneurship.
  9. Charles W. & Margaret D. Mullikin Fellowships in Gerontology
  1. Fellowship(s) will be awarded annually to a graduate student(s) enrolled full or part time at 黑洞社区 in the College of Health Professions whose course work is in the field of gerontology.
  2. Consideration will be given to college record and to leadership qualities.
  3. Award(s) will be made without regard to financial need.
  4. The Scholarship Office, a department within the Division of Campus Life and University Relations of 黑洞社区, will administer the fellowship(s) and make the award(s) based on recommendations submitted by the director of the gerontology program.
  5. The fellowship will be renewed automatically so long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.
  6. No recipient will be excluded from consideration on the basis of age, ancestry, color, disability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, political affiliation, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or status as a veteran.
Aetna Scholarship/Fellowship in Public Health Sciences
  1. Scholarship/Fellowship(s) will be awarded annually to an undergraduate student(s) enrolled full-time at 黑洞社区 in the Department of Public Health Sciences or a graduate student(s) enrolled full-time in the Master of Health Administration program at 黑洞社区 in the College of Health Professions.
  2. Recipient(s) must meet and maintain the academic eligibility criteria determined by their college.
  3. Award(s) will be made with regard to financial need.
  4. The Scholarship Office of 黑洞社区 will administer the scholarship(s) and/or fellowship(s) and make the award(s) based on the recommendation(s) submitted by the College of Health Professions, Department of Public Health Sciences.
  5. The scholarship(s) may be renewed as long as the recipient(s) meets the required criteria.
  6. No recipient will be excluded from consideration on the basis of age, ancestry, color, disability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, political affiliation, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or status as a veteran.
Graduate Program Deadlines

Applications are due July 1st. Awards will be dispersed the following academic year.

How to Apply

The University is accepting scholarship/fellowship applications through the Scholarship Universe system between November 1st to July 1st. If admitted after July 1st, contact the department for consideration of scholarships.

Aetna Scholarship/Fellowship in Public Health Sciences (MHA students may also apply)

CHP Dean鈥檚 Office Community and General Funds

Students can apply for a variety of CHP Dean鈥檚 Office Community and General Funds. The total amount given from these funds averages about $160,000 annually through 20 different scholarships that are often split between several students.

Applications through ScholarshipUniverse are due by February 1.
