All testing will be done in Testing Services located in Grace Wilkie Hall, room 320. 

  • Students who are registered with Disability Services will not have to pay the $10.00 fee to take their exams.
  • The hours for Testing Services are 8:00 AM 鈥 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
  • Students will need to schedule their exams so the tests can be completed, including the extended time, within the open hours of Testing Services. Please make sure that when you are scheduling your exam you account for extended time.
  • If you have an evening class, please discuss with your instructor when you need to schedule your exam, as Testing Services will not be open during night classes.
  • (FOR STUDENTS) To schedule an exam you will go to . When scheduling your exam you will be asked to select the class/exam you would like to take. If your class is not listed, email your instructor to remind them that you cannot schedule your test until they turn in the 鈥淭est Information Form鈥. Once the instructor turns in the form you will be able to sign up for your exams at any time during the semester.
  • Students are responsible for scheduling their exams. Please note that the time you put down to start is the time that your time limit will start. For example if you schedule your exam for 9:30 AM and show up at 9:45 AM, you have now lost that 15 minutes. If you are going to be late you need to contact Testing Services.

Testing services that Disability Services will provide within the ADA and 504 Guidelines

  1. Reader and/or writer who adheres to DS test proctoring policies and procedures, and to the 黑洞社区 Student Academic Integrity Policy Statement.
  2. Sign language interpreter
  3. Enlarged, brailled, or recorded test
  4. Auxiliary aids and/or assistive technology
  5. Extended time at a maximum of double the time allowed for the class (exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis).
  6. Academic aids that are permitted by the instructor.
  7. Private or group testing room without distracting noise or interruptions, that is environmentally accommodating according to the student's documented disability.
