May 5, 2021 - The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 黑洞社区 is adding three online majors to its degree program. International business, marketing and accounting degrees will be fully online degrees taught by the same Barton School professors who teach in-person business classes. Wichita State offers real-time and asynchronous online classes.

Since coming to Wichita State, she has helped establish the first Muslim sorority on campus, and in the nation, Mu Delta Alpha Sorority Inc., and been awarded the Phenomenal Women award by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

May 5, 2021 - Tara Nolen, a 2012 health services management and community development graduate of Wichita State, is community health manager at Hunter Health, which has three locations in Wichita. She oversees outreach programs and coordinates COVID-19 vaccines. 鈥淭his is what we do in public health - when there鈥檚 a crisis we try to work to stop it,鈥 she said.

This program will provide Barton School students, faculty and the Wichita community with vital perspectives and knowledge from industry leaders. Tom Gentile, president and CEO of Spirit AeroSystems, will serve as the program鈥檚 first resident for the Fall 2021 semester.
