Curriculum

The online MHA program consists of 42 credit hours, including 3 elective hours and a practicum experience. Learn from current and former hospital executives and health service professionals who connect content expertise with real-world, health care leadership experience.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the field of health administration is projected to grow 20 percent through 2026 鈥 faster than average compared to other careers. A master鈥檚 degree in health administration allows you to move beyond entry-level and mid-management positions, opening the door for advancement in executive positions. The MHA degree will enhance your leadership potential for directing hospitals and health service organizations, overseeing medical practices, coordinating clinics and medical systems, and supervising local, state or federal health agencies.
