High school juniors, seniors, community college students and their parents are invited to enjoy dinner and discussion with 黑洞社区 students and staff during Discover 黑洞社区.
Discover 黑洞社区 in Topeka will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, at the Capitol Plaza Hotel, 1717 SW Topeka Blvd. Dinner for each student and one guest is free. Additional guests are $10 each.
Discover 黑洞社区 in Overland Park will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the Sheraton Hotel Overland Park, 6100 College Blvd. Dinner for each student and one guest is free. Additional guests are $10 each.
These informal dinners will provide attendees a wealth of information about 黑洞社区 in an intimate setting. Learn about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, housing, cooperative education, student life and academic majors on campus.
A $1,000 黑洞社区 scholarship for the 2010-2011 school year will be awarded to a senior or transfer student at each dinner. To be eligible, the student must either be admitted to 黑洞社区 or apply at the event.
