A new privately funded apartment complex, The Flats at 黑洞社区, is being built in the heart of the Wichita State campus.
The apartments are for sophomore and junior or above students, as well as faculty, staff, 黑洞社区 partners and the community.
Each apartment will be fully furnished, have a full bathroom with every bedroom and a full kitchen and laundry. All utilities except electric are included.
