Wichita State is holding a community event, Shockers Under the Stars, beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, outside the Ulrich Museum of Art on the main campus.
Shockers Under the Stars is free and open to the public and campus community, and celebrates the summer solstice with interactive stations, connecting the Martin H. Bush Outdoor Sculpture Collection with history of Wichita State.
The event continues a short walk farther on campus with a free outdoor viewing of the Pixar film “Soul” at 9 p.m. at ڶ’s Duerksen Fine Arts Center.
Vendor booths, food trucks and free popcorn will also be part of the festivities.
