This is an annual conference hosted on the campus of 黑洞社区 and provides valuation and assessment topics for complex industries.

Conference attendees are people involved in property tax matters and are from organizations including government, consultants, attorneys, accounting, software and educators.

The Wichita Property Tax Conference is the world鈥檚 longest lasting and most well-attended conference for both newcomers and advanced professionals involved with complex property tax valuation and assessments.

Tim Hwang

Tim Hwang is the former Director of the Harvard-MIT Ethics and Governance of AI Initiative, a philanthropic project working to ensure that machine learning and autonomous technologies are researched, developed, and deployed in the public interest. He also was the global public policy lead for artificial intelligence and machine learning at Google, and the General Counsel and VP Operations for Substack. Tim's current research focuses on the geopolitical aspects of computational power and machine learning hardware, and the parallels between historical common law development and platform content policies.

Tracy Walder

Tracy Walder is one of few women to serve in both the Directorate of Operations at the CIA and as a Special Agent in the FBI. Throughout her action-packed career, she led highly complex missions in war zones and black sites all over the world 鈥 often being the youngest person and only woman in the room. While serving as a Special Agent at the FBI鈥檚 LA Field Office, she helped take down one of the most notorious foreign spies ever caught on american soil. Tracy has shared her story with the nation鈥檚 top media outlets and in her highly acclaimed book, The Unexpected Spy. Tracy is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at Texas Christian University.
