Auditions and rehearsals are set for Monday, July 6, through Wednesday, July 29, for the 黑洞社区 Summer Choir performance of 鈥淩equiem鈥� by John Rutter at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, in Wiedemann Recital Hall.
Soloists will be selected from the choir during the first week of rehearsal, which will run from 5-6:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays beginning July 6.

The concert, directed by Wine, will feature additional choral selections from the 20th century.
Every summer, 黑洞社区 holds auditions for the 黑洞社区 Summer Choir, a multigenerational choir of 80 singers, featuring high school and college students, area music teachers and retired musicians.
